Episode 36

Guest Julia Wooster on Hypnotherapy and Healing | HR36

Julia grew tired of being an Administrative Assistant. She also hated her fingernail-biting habit. Hypnotherapy answered both of her quandaries when she decided to pursue certification with the National Guild of Hypnotherapists. That was more than a decade ago. Now a seasoned hypnotist and a Reiki Master, she helps people kick their habits, heal from past traumas, and begin loving the life of their dreams. Join us as Julia tells us about this career choice and answers all those questions you might have about hypnosis – how it works, whether it “sticks” – and for those of you worried that you might start to cluck like a chicken, she will answer the “entertainment” hypnosis questions too!

About the Guest – Julia Wooster

Julia is a certified hypnotist with the NGH, the National Guild of Hypnotherapists. She has been in business for over a decade. Although her office is in London, Ontario, she also offers sessions on-line. Her philosophy as noted on her website “Change your world from the inside out” and “The only thing stopping you from living the life of your dreams is you” is very much part of who she is as a practitioner, and what she expects from those she works with.
